Hi, I am a young female professional looking for a male/female to rent out my other bedroom in my two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhouse with garage. Rent is $355/month plus electric/cable and internet which at the most runs around $450 or less with rent and utilites. I a very easy going and outgoing person who works full time normally an 8-5 shift and working occassional weekends as well. My townhouse is about 10-15 minutes for Downtown State College which includes plenty of free parking and washer/dryer in the unit.
